Oppido'S Surprise Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. raw hamburger, 1/2 c. bread crumbs (progresso), 2 raw eggs, 1/4 c. a.1. steak sauce and 1 1/2 c. cooked minute rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all of these ingredients in a large bowl.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Put meat loaf into your favorite loaf pan.
Cook for about 45 minutes.
To check for doneness, insert a knife into the center of the meat loaf and look to see if the hamburger is still raw or not.
If you see any grease develop during cooking, carefully pour it out and put meat loaf back into oven.
