Ooooh-La-La Potatoes
Ooooh-La-La Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp. butter (reserve 2 for topping), 3/4 c. sour cream and 3 green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Potatoes in skins.
Cool, peel and dice.
Combine cheese and
4 tablespoons butter in large saucepan.
Heat and stir until cheese in almost melted.
Remove from heat; blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
Fold in potatoes and spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Dot with remaining
2 tablespoons butter.
Cover and bake for 25 minutes in a 300Β° oven.
Serves 6 to 8.
