In 13 x 9-inch pan, melt margarine.
Add 2 eggs and box of yellow cake mix.
Mix well in pan until lumps are gone.
In separate bowl, mix cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar. Spread over cake mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
