Oniony Rice
Oniony Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 5 1/2 tbsp. margarine, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces (optional), 1 c. long grain (brown or white) rice and 2 cans beef broth/bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 375°. Saute onion, rice and mushrooms in margarine skillet until rice begins to turn a bit brown and onion is tender.
Pour the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish
Bake at 375°, uncovered, for about an hour or until all soup has been absorbed.
