Preheat oven to 350°.

Brown pork chops in skillet over medium heat.

In mixing bowl, combine soup mix and rice.

Mix together and spread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Lay browned chops on top of rice; pour water over the chops.

Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature of pork chops has reached 160°.
