Onion Soup
Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. thinly sliced onions, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 c. butter, 8 c. water and 14 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large saucepan, cook onions and garlic in butter until golden brown.
Add water and bouillon; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Place soup in 6 ovenproof soup bowls.
Top each serving with a bread slice and cheese.
Broil until cheese melts.
