Onion Soup
Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 large (2 lb.) onions, thinly sliced, 6 beef bouillon cubes and 6 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large heavy saucepot, heat margarine and oil.
Add sliced onions and saute over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender and transparent.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water and gradually add to onions.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Bring mixture to a full boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
