Onion Soup
Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. thin sliced onions, 5 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 5 beef bouillon cubes and 5 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions in margarine until rich golden brown; sprinkle with pepper.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; bring to a boil. Add browned onions and salt.
Cover; simmer for 1 hour.
Place a toast in each dish and pour in soup.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
