Onion Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes lipton onion soup mix, 2 lb. potatoes and 1/3 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 450Β°. In large plastic bag, add potatoes, cut into large chunks, soup mix and oil.
Shake until coated evenly.
Empty into shallow baking dish.
Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
