Onion Pie
Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pie crust, 4 sweet onions, sliced thin, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 3 tbsp. butter and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Partially bake crust.
Saute onions in oil and butter over low heat until golden yellow.
Beat eggs, half and half, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add onions and half of the grated cheese. Pour into crust.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with parsley.
Serves 4.
