Mix meat, onion soup mix, milk and egg.
Press firmly into ungreased loaf pan.
Loosen edges with a spatula and unmold into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour or spoon over meat.
Bake 1 hour in a 350Β° oven.
Makes 8 servings.
