Onion Crispy Chicken
Onion Crispy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine (melted), 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. ground mustard, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In shallow bowl, combine the butter, worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in batter mixture, then coat with onions.
Place in greased 9-inch square baking pan, top with remaining onions.
Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken juice runs clear.
