One-Step Salmon Bake
One-Step Salmon Bake is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 36 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°.
Meanwhile, chop celery.
Drain salmon. Break into large chunks.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine celery, condensed soup, milk, frozen broccoli, lemon peel and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Add salmon and uncooked noodles, then toss lightly until well mixed.
Bake, covered, in a 350° oven about 50 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring once after 25 minutes of cooking.
Sprinkle salmon-noodle mixture with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, about 5 minutes more until cheese is melted.
