One Skillet Breakfast
One Skillet Breakfast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bacon, 6 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. grated cheddar or sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In large fry pan, cook bacon until crisp.
Remove and drain off some of drippings.
Add frozen potatoes, onions and pepper. Brown well and then cover for about 5 or 10 minutes.
Remove lid and move potatoes around to make 6 wells.
Drop egg in each hole and cover, just long enough to baste.
Add crumbled bacon and cheese over top of all.
