One Pan Potatoes And Chicken Rosemary is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium potatoes, sliced, 1 lb. boned and skinned chicken breasts, cut in 1/2-inch strips, 2 gloves garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. olive oil and 2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick and microwave 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
While potatoes cook, in large skillet, toss and brown chicken and garlic in oil over high heat 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
