One Pan Pork Chop Dinner
One Pan Pork Chop Dinner is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. thin pork chops, 2 cans (14 oz.) del monte stewed tomatoes (italian style), 1 onion, 3 large potatoes and seasonings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In 9 x 13-inch glass pan, line the bottom of pan with pork chops.
Pour the cans of stewed tomatoes evenly over chops. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and assorted flaked Italian seasonings over mixture to taste.
Cut onion in thin rings and layer evenly over recipe.
Cut potatoes in thin slices and place edge first in between tomatoes and chops.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
