One Pan Banana Bread
One Pan Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 c. mashed, ripe bananas (about 3 large), 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3 eggs and 2 1/3 c. bisquick baking mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inch.
Stir all ingredients in pan with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 55 to 65 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan.
(If loaf sticks to pan, press gently on side of loaf with knife or metal spatula).

1 loaf.
