Olive-Cheese Balls
Olive-Cheese Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded sharp natural cheddar cheese, 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and about 36 pimiento-stuffed small olives, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix cheese and flour.
Add butter and mix thoroughly.
(If dough seems dry, work with hands.)
Mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive; shape into ball.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Cover; chill at least 1 hour.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen appetizers.
