Olive Cheese Ball
Olive Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz.), 1 1/4 c. flour (not self-rising), 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted and 36 small pimiento stuffed olives, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cheese and flour; mix in margarine.
Work dough with hands if it seems dry.
Mold approximately 1 teaspoonful of dough around each olive, shaping into a ball.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
