Old-Time Fresh Peach Crumb Pudding
Old-Time Fresh Peach Crumb Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 18 medium fresh peaches (4 lb.), 1 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and sliced fresh peaches (for garnish), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Peel and cut peaches into quarters.
Combine 1/2 cup of the sugar tablespoons of the flour and mix with the peaches.
Turn into
10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix the remaining sugar and flour. Add butter or margarine and cut it to crumb consistency. Sprinkle crumbs over peaches.
Bake in a preheated moderate oven (375Β°) for 1 hour or until peaches are tender and crumbs are brown.
Garnish top as desired with sliced fresh peaches.
