Old Fashioned Rice Pudding
Old Fashioned Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. milk, 1/4 c. long grain rice (uncooked), 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. raisins, dried cherries or any favorite dried fruit, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven
Butter a 6 cup mold or baking dish. Mix all ingredients.
Pour into prepared dish and bake 3 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours. Bake until rice is very tender.
