Old Fashioned Rice Pudding
Old Fashioned Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. skim milk, 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a saucepan, combine milk, rice, sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Add raisins and vanilla.
Cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Serve warm or chilled.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
