Drain tomatoes in sieve to remove juice after grinding.

Boil brown sugar, water, vinegar, salt and pepper, stirring often for 2 hours, then add beef, sausage, cloves, raisins, allspice, apples, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Put in cooker and bring to full boil.

Remove from canner.
