Butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs until fluffy. Beat on high
3 minutes; reduce speed to low. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Pour into greased cocoa-dusted pans. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
