Combine bread crumbs and poultry seasoning and toss together. Melt butter in skillet; add celery and onion and saute for 5 minutes.

Beat eggs slightly; add milk, salt and pepper, then add the sauteed onion and celery to bread crumbs.

Let stand 10 minutes.

Stir well and pour into pan and bake for about 45 minutes.

Enough for 5 1/2 or 6 pound roasting chicken.

Also, spray the pan with Pam so the dressing won't stick in the pan and the pan can be easily washed.
