Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, on medium speed, mix margarine and peanut butter until smooth.
Beat in sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat on medium speed until well blended. Refrigerate until chilled.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on pan and bake for 12 minutes at 350Β°.
