Old Fashion Lemon Pie
Old Fashion Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 stick butter, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 whole eggs and 2 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine sugar, butter, cornstarch, whole eggs and egg yolks, lemon juice and rind in top of double boiler.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Cool slightly.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Add remaining ingredients to egg whites with 2 tablespoons additional sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Cover top of pie and brown.
