Oatmeal Scotchties
Oatmeal Scotchties is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with c. all-purpose flour, . baking soda, . salt, . ground cinnamon and c. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in oats and morsels.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies, 9 to 10 minutes for crisp cookies.
Cool for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
