Oatmeal Scotchies
Oatmeal Scotchies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened, 3/4 c. granulated sugar, 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Beat margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla until creamy.
Gradually add combined flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by level measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookie or 9 to 10 minutes for a crisp cookie. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
