Oatmeal Scotchies
Oatmeal Scotchies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl.
Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy.
Gradually add in flour mixture.
Stir in oats and morsels.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies or 9 to 10 minutes or crispy cookies.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
