Oatmeal Pie
Oatmeal Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cloves, 1 c. dark corn syrup and 1 c. quick cooking oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add cinnamon, cloves and salt.
Stir in syrup.
Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each addition until blended.
Stir in rolled oats.
