Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, softened, 1 c. granulated sugar, 2/3 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream margarine and sugars; stir in eggs and vanilla.
Add oatmeal, raisins and nuts; mix thoroughly.
Combine salt, baking powder, spices and flour.
Add to creamed mixture.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° until golden brown.
Let stand for one minute.
Remove to cooling racks.
Makes about 4 dozen.
