Stir together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice and cloves.
In mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add egg and milk and beat well.
Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, mixing well.
Stir in oats, raisins and nuts.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
