Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. butter or 1 c. margarine and 1 c. crisco, 2 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 c. flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream butter, sugar and egg.
Then add dry ingredients and stir.
Add oatmeal last.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 9 to 12 minutes.
