Oatmeal Cocoa Chippers
Oatmeal Cocoa Chippers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. cocoa, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) and 1 c. butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking aside.
In a large mixer bowl, combine margarine, sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir chocolate bits, oats and walnuts.
Drop by slightly rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to
11 minutes for chewy cookies and 12 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies.
Let stand 2 minutes before removing from a cookie sheet; cool completely.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
