Oatmeal Chocolate Cake
Oatmeal Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. quick uncooked oatmeal, 1 c. lightly packed brown sugar, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. oleo, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour boiling water over oatmeal.
Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
Add sugars and oleo.
Stir until oleo melts.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Bake in 13 x 9-inch floured pan at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until done in center of cake.
