Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. oatmeal, 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Pour boiling water over oatmeal and let stand for 20 minutes. Cream together white sugar, brown sugar, oleo and eggs and add to oatmeal mixture (or add oatmeal to it).
Add dry ingredients and Mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
