Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 2 eggs and 1 1/3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Pour 1 1/4 cup boiling water over oatmeal.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
Cream together oleo, brown and white sugar and eggs. Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt and soda. Add the creamed mixture and stir; add the oatmeal last and mix well.
Pour into loaf pan and bake 30 minutes or until done at 350Β°.
Frost with Caramel Frosting.
