Oatmeal-Butterscotch Cookies
Oatmeal-Butterscotch Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 c. butter or margarine or mix, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In mixing bowl, cream sugars and butter.
Add eggs and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
Gradually add to butter mixture; mix with mixer.
Stir in oats and morsels.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven at 375Β° for 7 to 8 minutes. Cool some before removing cookies from baking pan with spatula. Store in airtight container.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
