Oatmeal Bread
Oatmeal Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 1 c. oatmeal (uncooked), 1/2 c. whole wheat flour and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine oatmeal, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, salt and margarine.
Pour boiling water over this and mix well.
When mixture is cooled to lukewarm combine yeast and warm water and add to cooled mixture.
Sti rin enough flour to make soft dough; knead until smooth.
Let rise in greased bowl, then shape into 2 loaves. Let rise, then bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
