Bring Karo syrup and sugar just to a boil.
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, stir until all melted.
Add Special K cereal. Pack firmly in a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Press with your fingers.
Melt chocolate and peanut butter chips over low heat in small pan.
Spread over mixture in pan.
Let set.
Cut and enjoy.
