Nut Lassies

👨🍳 Instructions
Cream softened butter and cream cheese.
Add to flour and cut in until mixture resembles coarse meal.
With lightly floured hands, form into a smooth ball.
Using a rounded teaspoonful of dough press into tiny cupcake pans so as to make a shell.
Combine egg, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in nuts and turn into shells.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then at 250° for 10 minutes.
Cool before removing from pan.
Makes about 2 dozen tarts.
I put the nuts into the shells and spoon the egg mixture on top, instead of putting the nuts into the egg mixture.
