Nut Bread
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat eggs and sugar thoroughly; add sour milk and beat well. Add flour sifted with salt, baking powder and soda.
Stir in nuts. Bake in waxed paper-lined 5 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch loaf pan in moderate oven (350Β°) for 1 hour. Texture and flavor improves after 12 hours. This is excellent for nut bread sandwiches.
