Noodles
Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 beaten egg, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. half and half (i use milnot) and 1 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine egg, salt and milk.
Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Roll very thin on floured surface.
Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and slice 1/8-inch thick.
Spread out to dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling broth and cook 10 minutes. I cut mine 1-inch thick and cook 20 to 30 minutes longer.
