Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 3 egg yolks, 1/4 to 1/2 c. water, 1 egg and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix flour, eggs and salt.
Add 1 tablespoon water until dough forms ball.
Knead 10 minutes; cover.
Rest 10 minutes.
Divide dough in 4 parts.
Cut 1/4 or 1/8 inch.
Dry 2 hours.
