Noodle Pudding
Noodle Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. egg noodles (medium width), 3 eggs, 4 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 lb. melted margarine and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Use firm ripe apples.
Core apples, peel and slice.
Measure apples; add equal amount of cider.
Simmer apples until soft. Press through sieve, measure and add 1/2 as much sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Boil, stirring frequently, until thick.
Pour into Mason jars and fasten covers at once. If desired, add cinnamon and nutmeg.
