Noodle Kugel
Noodle Kugel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 oz. medium-wide egg noodles, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature) and 3/4 c. large curd cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook noodles until tender; drain. Place in a mixing bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs, milk and cream cheese. Fold in cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla and spices. Add egg mixture to noodles, mixing well. Add raisins. Pour noodle mixture into a well greased 8-inch square baking dish. Drizzle melted butter on top. Bake in a preheated 325Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm.
