Noodle Cheese Casserole
Noodle Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fine noodles, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms, sauteed (optional) and shredded cheddar or american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook noodles as directed on package.
Drain well and add mushroom soup, evaporated milk and mushrooms.
Spread half of noodle mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with layer of shredded cheese.
Spread on remaining noodles.
Sprinkle again with shredded cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350Β° until bubbly and slightly browned.
