Nondairy Chocolate Cake
Nondairy Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. cocoa, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Make 3 wells in the flour mixture.
In one well, pour vinegar, the other vanilla and the third well, put oil.
Then pour 2 cups cold water over this.
Mix with portable mixer right in the pan.
Be sure to scrape sides and bottom while mixing.
Bake about 45 minutes at 350Β°.
