No Knead Rolls
No Knead Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. self-rising flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. shortening and 1 1/2 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Dissolve yeast in a small amount of lukewarm water (1/4 cup); set aside.
Dissolve salt, sugar and shortening in the hot water in large mixing bowl.
When mixture is lukewarm, add the yeast mixture and beaten eggs.
Add flour.
Mix all ingredients until dough forms elastic strands.
Turn out on floured board.
Roll and shape rolls.
Put on greased baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter.
Let rise about 30 minutes.
